We’re seeking a hands-on Project Manager who will own projects from start to finish, drive progress, and ensure high-quality outcomes that align with our vision for innovation in education. 


This role is for someone who can keep multiple projects moving forward, communicate clearly across teams, and spot potential issues—including those with strategic implications—before they derail progress. The Project Manager is a hands-on leader who turns ideas into action by guiding projects from planning through completion with excellence. Using an Agile approach, this role ensures clear communication, timely execution, and high-quality outcomes. Success requires not only strong organization skills and proactive problem-solving but also the ability to surface roadblocks, especially those with strategic implications, and collaborate with leadership to resolve them. 


The Project Manager will lead a wide range of initiatives across the organization using an Agile approach. Project needs will vary throughout the year, and responsibilities may shift as organizational priorities evolve. Projects may include technology improvements, system implementations, process enhancements, digital and marketing projects, operational initiatives, and cross-departmental collaborations. This role requires adaptability, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage diverse and continually changing projects. 


As a cross-departmental connection, the Project Manager keeps timelines, tasks, and stakeholders aligned in ClickUp, while fostering collaboration, accountability, and cultural alignment. This role is about more than just delivering projects; it's about building trust, reinforcing company values, and ensuring that how we achieve results matters just as much as what we achieve. 


Primary Responsibilities:


Project Planning & Coordination

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, deliverables, timelines, and success criteria.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, task assignments, and milestones in ClickUp.
  • Ensure all stakeholders understand roles, responsibilities, and timelines.

Execution & Monitoring

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, deliverables, timelines, and success criteria.

  • Ensure all stakeholders understand roles, responsibilities, and timelines.

Roadblock & Strategic Issue Escalation

  • Proactively identify roadblocks that may impact timelines or broader strategy.
  • Communicate these issues promptly to the executive team with relevant context and resolution options.
  • Collaborate with leadership to implement agreed-upon solutions and maintain momentum.

Quality Assurance

  • Coordinate testing and quality checks to ensure deliverables meet functional and user experience standards.
  • Gather stakeholder and end-user feedback and integrate improvements.
  • Promote a “done right the first time” mindset across projects.

Communicating & Reporting

  • Maintain clear, consistent communication with all project stakeholders.
  • Provide concise project status updates in ClickUp and during check-ins.
  • Prepare final project wrap-up reports summarizing deliverables, outcomes, lessons learned, and recommendations.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Education, or related field (preferred) or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years’ hands-on project management experience, preferably in an EdTech or education-focused environment.
  • Proficiency with ClickUp or similar project management tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong skills in organization, communication, and conflict resolution.
  • Ability to identify both tactical and strategic project risks and work collaboratively toward solutions.
