Using an Agile approach, this role ensures clear communication, timely execution, and high-quality outcomes. Success requires not only strong organization skills and proactive problem-solving but also the ability to surface roadblocks, especially those with strategic implications, and collaborate with leadership to resolve them.
The Project Manager will lead a wide range of initiatives across the organization using an Agile approach. Project needs will vary throughout the year, and responsibilities may shift as organizational priorities evolve. Projects may include technology improvements, system implementations, process enhancements, digital and marketing projects, operational initiatives, and cross-departmental collaborations. This role requires adaptability, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage diverse and continually changing projects.
As a cross-departmental connection, the Project Manager keeps timelines, tasks, and stakeholders aligned in ClickUp, while fostering collaboration, accountability, and cultural alignment. This role is about more than just delivering projects; it's about building trust, reinforcing company values, and ensuring that how we achieve results matters just as much as what we achieve.
