Supervisor: Chief Advancement Officer (CAO)
Starting Salary Range: $68,000-$72,000
The Role: The Project Manager supports the CAO and the Development & Communications team by coordinating projects, improving department-wide systems, and helping ensure the smooth execution of fundraising and communications work. Serving as a “right hand” to the CAO in executing their strategic vision, this role combines project management, team operations, and executive support to keep priorities moving forward and ensure strong communication across the department.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, finds joy in building relationships and collaborating, and is comfortable managing many moving pieces at once. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with the CAO and contribute directly to work that drives awareness, fundraising, and community engagement in support of Project Bread’s mission.

All employees are currently working a hybrid remote and in-office model and are expected to spend at least some time in the office each week. The Project Manager will need to be present in the East Boston office regularly on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and additional days as needed, to support the Chief Advancement Officer and interact with other staff in order to successfully fulfill the duties of the role.
