Job Description

Project Manager - Enterprise System Implementations Link Technologies (LinkTechConsulting.com), a Las Vegas-based IT consulting firm, is currently seeking a Project Manager - Enterprise System Implementation to join our team.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience with large-scale software deployments (e.g., Oracle PeopleSoft, SAP).
• Project Lifecycle Management – Ability to oversee projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with District goals.
• Stakeholder Communication – Strong written and verbal communication skills to provide updates and manage expectations.
• Budget & Resource Management – Experience in cost estimation, tracking expenses, and optimizing resource allocation.
• Risk Assessment & Mitigation – Ability to identify potential risks and develop contingency plans.
• Process Optimization – Skilled in refining workflows and improving efficiency across IT projects.
• Project Management Tools – Proficiency in Jira, Microsoft Project, Confluence, Smartsheet, and other PM platforms.
• Team Coordination – Ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with vendors, agencies, and internal departments.
• Decision-Making & Problem-Solving – Strong analytical thinking to navigate challenges and drive solutions.
• Change Management – Expertise in adapting to shifting priorities and implementing best practice

PREFERRED

• PMP Certification – PMI Project Management Professional certification is highly desirable.
• Education Sector Experience – Prior work with K-12 or higher education institutions is a plus.
• SAP Business Network (Ariba) – Ability to process invoices and purchase orders through this platform.
