Job Overview
Noco Holdings LLC is looking for a driven and experienced Project Manager & Estimator to join our fast-paced, Alpharetta-based team. This dual-role position is critical to the success of our Flooring Division, requiring both exceptional project management and precise estimation skills. If you excel in leading multifamily or commercial flooring projects from planning through close-out—while keeping projects on time, on budget, and up to our quality standards—this is your opportunity to grow with a dynamic team in a rapidly expanding organization.

You'll work closely with subcontractors, warehouse and install teams, and clients to ensure timely execution and customer satisfaction. Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills are a must.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple commercial/multifamily flooring projects from start to finish.
  • Prepare detailed estimates and perform takeoffs for labor, materials, and soft costs.
  • Coordinate project resources, scheduling, subcontractors, and warehouse operations.
  • Validate takeoff quantities and place accurate material orders.
  • Submit and manage submittals, RFIs, and change orders.
  • Maintain job cost tracking, monthly billing, and customer updates.
  • Lead project meetings, scope reviews, and close-outs.
  • Provide mentorship and training to junior team members.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with estimators, coordinators, and installation crews.
  • Build long-term relationships with general contractors and industry partners.
  • Monitor field performance and ensure project adherence to timelines and quality expectations.
  • Uphold company policies, safety standards, and client satisfaction throughout each project.

Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in flooring project management or multifamily construction.
  • Strong understanding of commercial flooring installation and finishing practices.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, estimates, and contract administration.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in reading construction drawings and doing accurate takeoffs.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
  • Experience managing subcontractors, timelines, and field operations.
  • Hands-on, solution-driven mindset with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Must be dependable, resourceful, and committed to delivering results.

Schedule
  • Monday to Friday, with weekend availability as needed
  • Full-time, based on project timelines and client needs

Location
  • In-person at our Alpharetta, GA office
  • Project-related travel within the region may be required
