Nature and Scope

Reporting to our Vice President of Marketing Operations (or Executive Vice President of Customer Acquisition Marketing), the Senior Project Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of coordination between Marketing functions to ensure campaign programs are delivered on time with high quality. You will develop the process, systems, and tools required to ensure Marketing campaigns are effective and efficient. You’ll coordinate tightly with campaign and program leads and facilitate execution across Marketing and other key stakeholders. This is a remote opportunity. This is a remote opportunity,

The right candidate will be highly organized and able to drive consensus across many groups and stakeholders. They will need a working knowledge of marketing terminology and a mix of consumer and B2B experience

Roles and Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day Project Management using Project Management tool such as Wrike or JIRA.
  • Monitors and tracks project progress through the Project Management tool and adjust as necessary to the project schedule and costs.
  • Manage the external and internal project brief process and overall project intake
  • Based on marketing briefs, creates marketing project timelines to specify goals, schedule tasks/milestones, identify risk, develop contingency plans, and plan resources.
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation, especially within the creative services team and external agencies.
  • Key voice when process improvements are needed, offers up solutions and spearheads development or refinement of processes that would improve overall Marketing operations, including the development of intake blueprints, request forms, etc.
  • Understands reasoning behind requested deadlines, prioritizes and makes scheduling suggestions, based on current workloads. Work closely with Marketing leadership team to communicate and prioritize all marketing projects and objectives.
  • Coordinates and follows up with marketing, the Creative team, functional stakeholders, and Executive Management to ensure timely and successful delivery of projects.
  • Produces weekly/monthly and adhoc reports to keep all parties informed of project status and related issues.
  • When a new marketing request is received, confirms all necessary information and details are on hand and establishes a full understanding of the ask.
  • Maintaining an up-to-date understanding of CeriFi and family of brands, its products, and its client base to implement effective marketing campaigns
