Your role and primary responsibilities

You will be working on the MDOTM platform Sphere, a new interface that allows our clients to interact autonomously with MDOTM’s Artificial Intelligence. What does it mean to allow users interacting with pure Artificial Intelligence? How do you build stories and meaning through numbers? 


As our Project Manager, you will be a driving force behind the development and success of our Platform Sphere. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to execute our product roadmap, build features, and ensure that our product meets the needs of our customers. 

  • Work hand in hand with our VP of Product to reach our sprint objectives and software development priorities
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and coordinate daily activities
  • Write user stories and work with agile project management tools
  • Align relevant project stakeholders on the project progress and changes 
  • Organise tests to make sure features are working properly before going to production
  • Prepare and deliver status reports and presentations, emphasising adaptability and agility
  • Identify potential risks and issues and develop agile mitigation strategies, proactively manage and resolve related challenges
  • Maintain streamlined documentation that supports quick decision-making and minimises bureaucracy

Requirements

  • Degree in Economics, Business, Finance, Computer Science, or other related field.
  • 1.5+ years of project management experience, preferably in a startup environment related to financial and/or technology-related projects
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies and the ability to adapt them
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira (or similar) and writing user stories
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make quick, data-informed decisions
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and pivot as needed
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in English (both spoken and written)
  • Passion for finance and artificial intelligence, with a desire to stay up-to-date with industry trends
