ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES 

• End to end delivery of civil projects from $5M - $20M in value
• Projects include highways, roading / roundabout upgrades, utilities and 3 waters
• Act as Contractors Representative - maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships
• Oversee site based teams and sub-contractors with a focus on physical delivery
• Prepare and track construction programmes, sequencing of works, and resource schedules
• Review and interpret design drawings, specifications, and contract documents
• Attend site meetings and provide progress updates, addressing issues proactively.

WHAT'S REQUIRED

• Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering or similar (NZCE, BE, or equivalent).
• 2-5+ years’ experience in civil construction or infrastructure delivery, with a focus on 3 Waters.
• Proven site engineering, programming, and subcontractor coordination skills.
• Must be a strong communicator both written and verbal
• High attention to detail and good organisational skills
• Valid NZ working rights/visa or residency/citizenship
