ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Manage the delivery of multiple infrastructure and transportation projects
• Multiple projects at any one time from $2M up to $50M in value across New Zealand
• Oversee projects from site assessment and design to construction and handover
• Job delivery, work planning and financial management tasks
• Prepare proposals for projects, establish clear scopes of work and specifications
• Contracts administration duties ensuring compliance with NZS3910 / NZS3916
• Maintain and build on strong relationships with new and existing clients / contractors

WHATS REQUIRED

• 7+ years or more in project management in the Civil / Infrastructure sectors
• Experience delivering Transportation projects from $2M up to $50M+
• Strong Contract Administration / Management exp (NZS3910 / NZS3916)
• Engineers Representative / Contractors Representative experience
• Must be a strong communicator both written and verbal
• High attention to detail and good organisational skills
• Valid NZ working rights/visa or residency/citizenship
