About the Role:
Reporting to the Manager, Professional Services, you will play a key role in delivering high-impact customer projects across onboarding, implementation, and automation initiatives. You will drive project planning, governance, risk management, communication, and on-time delivery of Professional Services engagements.
This role is heavily customer-facing and requires strong experience managing enterprise software projects, preferably within Salesforce, QA, or test automation environments. You will work closely with the Professional Services, Customer Success, Product, and Sales teams to ensure successful project delivery and long-term customer outcomes.
You will be responsible for managing multiple concurrent projects, ensuring alignment to scope, timeline, budget, and customer expectations. You will serve as the central point of coordination, ensuring seamless execution and escalation handling when necessary.

Project Leadership & Delivery
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Professional Services projects, ensuring scope, timeline, and quality outcomes.
- Create and manage project plans, schedules, milestones, resource allocation, and risk logs.
- Facilitate project kick-offs, weekly status meetings, and executive updates.
- Ensure delivery governance, documentation, and change-control processes are followed.
Customer Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Build trusted relationships and manage expectations with technical and business teams.
- Proactively identify risks and drive mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.
- Ensure customer satisfaction, ROI realization, and value alignment during and after the project.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Professional Services Consultants, Automation Engineers, Customer Success Managers, and Product teams.
- Coordinate internal resources to ensure smooth execution and timely issue resolution.
- Support internal and customer escalations by driving the right priorities and actions.
Operational Excellence
- Maintain project documentation, tracking sheets, RAID logs, and communication plans.
- Contribute to PS delivery frameworks, templates, and best practices.
- Support effort estimation, SOW reviews, and pre-sales scoping activities when required.
- Drive process improvements and standardization across PS operations.
About You:
You’ll have:
- 5+ years of experience in Project Management within Professional Services, SaaS, Consulting, QA/Testing, or Salesforce ecosystem.
- Proven experience managing enterprise-level customer projects with multi-team coordination.
- Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and delivery frameworks.
- Experience working with project management tools (JIRA, Asana, Smartsheet, MS Project, etc.).
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage risks, dependencies, and escalations effectively.
- Experience working with global teams across multiple time zones.
- Understanding of QA/testing concepts, test automation, or Salesforce implementation is a plus.
- PMP / CSM or equivalent certification is preferable.
