Job title: Project Manager
Reporting to: Director, Strategic Projects
Department: Operations

Join our growing company as we seek a dynamic, well-organised experienced individual for a pivotal role leading varied projects, which may be the introduction of new products, post-acquisition integration of products or a Company. As Project Lead, you will develop project plans, with deliverables and milestones, swiftly identify and address critical issues and risks, develop risk mitigation strategies, streamline work processes, and enhance project delivery. This role demands strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple workstreams and excel in a fast-paced environment, working both independently and within the team. Responsibilities
- Overseeing all stages of the project from kick-off to closure, including organising meetings, requirement gathering, project planning and reporting.
- Overseeing multiple workstreams, whilst adhering to scope, quality, time, and budget constraints, with the aim of meeting specified goals.
- Maintaining regular communication with management and project teams and orchestrates the efforts of the project team members which will include individuals from various functional areas.
- Overseeing end-to-end project delivery to the highest quality, managing all stakeholders.
- Ensuring thorough documentation of all project requirements; creates and maintains project documentation including, project plans, meeting agendas and minutes identifying outcomes, decisions and actions.
- Driving the project to completion.
- Building strong working relationships, be an established point of contact on project delivery and an advocate for process.
- Reporting back to the Director, Strategic Projects on project status and financials.
Essential Experience, Knowledge and Skills
- Proven experience as the lead project manager in either product launch or post-acquisition product/company integration
- Experience in developing project management methodologies
- Ability to explain process and influence teams along the project journey
- Knowledge of project budgeting and financial management.
- The ability to identify needs, ask questions and translate into plans, supporting on the briefing process and requirements necessary to deliver successfully.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Able to prioritise and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
- A results-oriented, enthusiastic self-starter, able to take initiative.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional environment.
Desirable Experience, Knowledge and Skills
- Graduate in Business or Life Sciences related degree
- Proven experience as a project manager in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical regulatory requirements and quality standards
