Main responsibilities:
- Deliver Projects on time, at the right quality and within budget
- Lead cross-functional and diverse project teams
- Strong focus on risk, opportunities and cost management
- Be a visible and clear leader in the day-to-day management of a project
- Manage and develop relationship with clients and external and internal stakeholders
Our requirements:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree within engineering, management (relevant experience can compensate for education)
- Experience with customer relations
- Experience as Project Manager, or aspiring for such a challenge (general knowledge of the process required)
- Knowledge or interest in maritime operation and products
- Technical and commercial basic understanding
- Fluent in English, both verbal and in writing

- Focus on bottom-line results, identify potential risks and monitor the financial impact of own activities
- Build a useful network of contacts and relationships and utilize it to achieve set goals

- Use a methodical and systematic approach, plan ahead, define clear priorities and allocate resources effectively
- Communicate in a clear, precise and structured way
