Project Manager - Special Inspections (NYC)

Are you an experienced Project Manager looking to take your career to the next level? Domani Inspection Services is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented leader to manage and oversee Special Inspections in New York City.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Coordination & Management

• Plan, schedule, and oversee special inspections from initiation through project closeout.
• Maintain and update project trackers, monitoring deadlines, deliverables, and resource allocation.
• Directly collaborate with clients, special inspectors, and internal teams to ensure open communication and timely completion of milestones.

Minimal Supervision & Problem-Solving

• Confidently identify and address potential compliance or documentation issues before they escalate.
• Demonstrate initiative in improving internal workflows, implementing industry best practices, and embracing new technologies (e.g., Metafield) to enhance efficiency.
• Operate autonomously, maintaining productivity and clarity even under tight deadlines and shifting project requirements.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in Special Inspections or related field
• Strong knowledge of NYC DOB, IBC, and ASTM standards
• Experience managing teams and coordinating multiple projects
• Relevant certifications (ICC, ACI, AWS, etc.) preferred
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
