Summary of of work/ Job Purpose:
The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of projects and products related to trading platforms, software development, and business procedures. This role involves close collaboration with stakeholders, architects, and product owners to gather requirements, provide updates, and address any concerns. Delivery and accuracy of requirements are the main components of this seat’s success. The role also includes the management of resources and allocation of budget.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for delivering projects and products related to software development, corporate expansion, trading platforms, and business procedures
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and address any concerns or issues that may arise during the project
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact on the project. Monitor and assess the project's progress to ensure it remains on track
- Track the number of scope changes and their impact on project timelines and budget
- Gather feedback from stakeholders and measure their satisfaction with project progress and delivery
- Track how effectively resources are utilized throughout the project
- Monitor the level of engagement from stakeholders during product development
- Any other duties relevant to the role
Required Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in Project Management and/or Business Administration, with a preference for candidates holding a PMP® certification
- Proven experience in building trading platforms and/or related products
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Strong technical background and familiarity with trading platforms (e.g., MT4, MT5, cTrader, etc.).
- Expertise in Project Management, including Stakeholder Management
- Experience in Risk Management
- Proficiency in MS Project or similar project management software
- Exceptional organizational skills and experience with documentation management
- Ability to multi-task effectively and maintain a strong work ethic
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and investigative skills
Further Info:
- Working hours are 08.30 – 17.30 Monday to Friday or as per the departmental flextime arrangement
- The role is in Limassol, Cyprus
- A competitive compensation package will be offered to the successful applicant which includes great benefits etc.
- Working from home up to 2 times per week
