Are you looking for a new and exciting job opportunity at the TTC? We are seeking a Project Manager for Transit Enforcement & Fare Collection to join our Strategy and Customer Experience Group!

 

 

What You Will Do

As the Project Manager for Transit Enforcement & Fare Collection, you will implement and execute major projects and strategic initiatives to achieve business and governance goals, aiming to increase fare collection across the Commission.

 

As the Project Manager, you will:

  • Deliver strategic initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional groups to ensure project deliverables and performance objectives are adhered to as per schedule and within approved budgets.

 

  • Ensure consistency in project management methodology to key stakeholders in a cost-effective, timely, and reliable manner.

 

  • Coordinate analysis and implementation activities with teams and stakeholders, ensuring alignment of plans with project deliveries.

 

  • Lead project governance, develop KPIs, prepare quality assurance plans, and ensure high standards of work quality and organizational performance.

 

  • Promote a respectful work environment that supports diversity, inclusion, and is free from harassment and discrimination. Provide leadership in the development and implementation of inclusive and accessible policies, programs and/or services for employees and customers in accordance with TTC's commitments and obligations under the Ontario Human Rights Code (OHRC) and Related Orders, the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA), and TTC's policies.

 

  • Participate in the TTC Customer Service Ambassador Program.

 

What Qualifications Do You Bring?

  • A University Degree, or College Diploma in a related discipline, or a combination of education, training, and experience deemed to be equivalent.

 

  • Completion of Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, or a similar certification, or be eligible to achieve certification.

 

  • Your application demonstrates knowledge and experience working with municipal and provincial governments, applying best practices, procedures, and principles of project management methodology and governance.

 

  • Must have or rapidly acquire a comprehensive knowledge of the Ontario Human Rights Code and Related Orders including disability accommodation and accessibility requirements pertaining to passengers and employees.
