OVERVIEW
This role leads the planning and execution of trenchless construction projects, specifically Microtunneling and Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD), ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery while upholding safety and quality standards. The Project Manager collaborates closely with field Superintendents and cross-functional teams to supervise all project phases—from initiation to completion—across various sites throughout the United States.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in heavy civil construction, with a focus on Microtunneling and/or HDD

  • Willingness and ability to travel across multiple states and work on jobsite locations, including overnight stays

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent

  • Proficiency in Office 365, CAD, Microsoft Project or Primavera, Heavy Job, Viewpoint, and Adobe Acrobat

  • Proven ability to manage budgets, track project expenses, and mitigate risks

  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills across all organizational levels

  • Demonstrated track record of successfully delivering complex construction projects

  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage tight deadlines

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams across diverse stakeholders, including engineers, consultants, and subcontractors

  • Strong project documentation and reporting skills

  • Background in safety management and compliance on construction sites
