Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and safety-minded Refrigerated Truck Driver to support our construction operations. In this role, you will be responsible for transporting temperature-sensitive materials, equipment, and supplies to and from job sites. The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-conscious, and experienced with refrigerated trucks, with the ability to follow schedules, maintain compliance, and coordinate with project teams.
What You’ll Do
- Safely operate refrigerated trucks to transport materials and equipment to job sites
- Maintain proper temperature control of materials during transport
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any mechanical issues
- Communicate with dispatch and project managers to coordinate deliveries and pick-ups
- Ensure truck loads are secure and within legal weight limits
- Follow DOT, OSHA, and company safety standards
- Work in varied environments, including construction sites, urban areas, and industrial zones
- Keep accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and hours of service
- Support general site duties as needed when not driving
- Other duties as required
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license (CDL with Refrigerant/Reefer endorsement required)
- Tanker (N) and/or Hazmat (H) endorsement, or X endorsement covering both, required to transport CIPP lining materials
- Valid driver’s license (CDL may be required depending on truck size)
- Clean driving record with proven refrigerated truck operation experience
- 3–5 years of experience operating commercial vehicles
- Experience delivering to construction or industrial sites preferred
- Knowledge of DOT and OSHA safety regulations
- Mechanical aptitude to perform basic vehicle maintenance
- Ability to read delivery routes, site maps, and communicate effectively with team members
- Physically fit and able to work in varied weather and terrain conditions
- Ability to work independently and follow strict safety protocols
- Flexible availability, including early starts, overtime, and occasional Saturdays

- Monday – Friday
- Overtime as needed
