Duties & Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to technicians and engineers:
Capture details of outlook accurately.
Dispatch technician within SLA timeframes
Plan routes to reduce km and cost.
Prepare and distribute quotes for all repairs done by the technicians/ engineers.
Update and capture job cards on the company enterprise accurately and timeously.
Establish and maintain a healthy and professional relationship with customers and all suppliers.
Ensure weekly packs are submitted accordingly:
Weekly/monthly closure on Internal System.
Ensure calls are accurately closed within Service Level Agreement (SLA).
Attend to customers queries
Capture and analyse the technicians’ kilometer claims.
