Refrigeration Service Technician

We continually hire Service Technicians located in Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Utah, and Montana. Job duties and responsibilities include: 

• Diagnosing, servicing and repairing of mechanical and electrical components of refrigeration systems as well as all components related to the equipment, including self-contained coolers and freezers, single and rack systems 
• Performing minor plumbing repairs on refrigeration equipment including walk-in drain lines, case drain lines, cooling towers and water-cooled condensers 
• Collaborating directly with grocery store managers and store directors 
• Quoting equipment repairs and recommending replacements when necessary with customers 
• Maintaining proper van stock, tools and safety equipment on work van 
• Inspecting plumbing, electrical, and refrigeration systems and identifying specifications that are required 
• Performing preventative maintenance and repairs for HVAC and Refrigeration 

Required and Preferred Qualifications: 

•  At least 1-3 years of refrigeration and/or commercial HVAC experience highly desired 
• Related education/certification in HVAC and refrigeration industry highly desired 
• Be available for ON CALL work as needed 
• Ability to pass a physical/drug screen/background investigation/ driving abstract as needed 
• EPA Certification desired
