Regional Sourcing Project Manager IMS

What you´ll do

• Manages & executes sourcing projects at local/regional level in changing CTs / countries and based on priorities defined by r-KAM
• Ensures consistent usage of digital tools & processes for all projects executed
• Ensures for all executed sourcing events full documentation, traceability & compliance
• Actively onboards to sourcing projects by utilizing available self learning knowledge pieces (CT factbook & Basket Playbook) to familiarize yet unknown CTs / Baskets
• Reaches out to r-CTM for project / CT specific knowledge needed and in case of escalations with suppliers
• Reaches out to r-KAM in case of escalations with stakeholders Reports to r-KAM

What makes you a good fit

• Experience in Source-to-Pay E-procurement, supply chain management and working together shared service center manufacturing
• Engagement and motivation for purchasing, supplier quality and project that can improve the quality of purchases in the company.
• Fluent level of English and Spanish 
• Educational background: Business Administration or related and valuable have some master degree of Purchasing or related
• Ability to prioritize tasks. Strategic and analytical thinking.
• Ability to deal with stakeholders and categories.
• Ability to align negotiation strategy with the interests of local stakeholders.
• Proactive, positive thinking and responsible.
