Regulatory & Compliance Supply Chain Project Manager

Description -

Responsibilities:

  • Leads and fully responsible for regulatory & Compliance Projects E2E cross Supply Chain Functions
  • Ensures Supply Chain is following existing or new regulatory & compliance rules and new solutions (capabilities, processes, testing, implementation) are available on-time and with 100% quality
  • Leads cross-functional project teams @ Supply Chain, work closely with Finance and other functions on the HP-wide solution
  • Provides mentoring and guidance, ensures that the Subject Matter Experts/Project Managers of the different SC-functions can perform their tasks on-time with the right level of quality
  • Effectively manages Project Managers, Teams, E2E solutions
  • Owns supply chain projects from planning through to execution and provides findings resulting from project execution.
  • Consults with business leaders on a wide range of supply chain issues.
  • Reports out to Management and Organization
  • Master for Supply Chain on RCRB-projects
  • Master in Regulatory & Compliance
  • Ensure staffing requests are placed and funded.

Education and Experience Required:

  • 12 years + of experience in different supply chain functions.
  • University degree in Law, Business Economics, IT or equivalent

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Know-how in the area of regulatory and compliance rules, broad experience in that area
  • Excellent Project Management Skills (Methodology, Communication, Leading Virtual Project Teams)
  • Excellent problem solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills; mastery in English.
  • E2E know-how in Supply Chain in different functions.
  • Strong business acumen and knowledge across multiple Supply Chain areas
  • Finance Background is a plus.
