Our reputable client excels in efficient machinery moves as well as relocation and installation of all forms of machinery and equipment.  We are seeking a passionate and qualified Rigger Training Facilitator / Assessor / Moderator to join their dynamic training team. The ideal candidate will have practical rigging experience and a strong background in training delivery, assessment, and moderation in line with SETA standards.

Duties & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver classroom and practical rigging training.
  • Conduct assessments and provide developmental feedback.
  • Moderate assessments to ensure quality and compliance.
  • Maintain training records and learner portfolios.
  • Ensure alignment with SETA, QCTO, and NQF requirements.
 
Minimum Requirements:
  • National Certificate in Rigging (NQF Level 2-4 or equivalent).
  • Registered Assessor and Moderator with a relevant SETA (e.g. CETA or MERSETA).
  • ODETDP Qualification or similar.
  • Minimum 3 years’ rigging experience.
  • Strong facilitation, communication, and administrative skills.
 
Working hours Monday - Friday 7 - 5pm
