Responsibilities

  • Assist Right of Way Team in Delivery of projects
  • Prepare owner contact lists
  • Provide document control and management
  • Collect data and gather information or documents
  • Perform research and investigations
  • Prepare documents and visual aaids
  • Assist in scheduling eminent domain proceedings
  • Attend eminent domain proceedings to take notes and prepare data sheets
  • Prepare reports
  • Assist with processing various payment requests
  • Assist with billing support
  • Assist with project closeout
  • Perform data entry into various systems
  • Meet with clients and landowners
  • Perform other assigned duties

Additional Functions: 

  • Travel to projects regulary
  • Perform technical support related to right-of-way negotiations and condemnation
  • Prepare, submit, and/or coordinate execution of relocation, acquisition, and/or condemnation papers with client staff, property owners, and title companies
  • Attend closings

Qualifications

  • Has exhibited skill in both written and spoken communication
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Notary Public preferred
  • Proficient with MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
