Rigid Driver Collections

Apex Global Resources are currently recruiting for an experienced and motivated Rigid Truck Driver for Vehicle collections in Dublin 12. This is a permanent, full-time position offering comprehensive training, excellent benefits, and opportunities for long-term career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out the transport and collection of vehicles, heavy equipment while ensuring the safety and satisfaction of all customers
• Determine the most suitable recovery solution
• Communicate effectively with the operations centre to coordinate assistance
• Maintain a professional and courteous manner when interacting with members of the public
• Ensure the company vehicle, tools, and equipment are consistently maintained to high operational standards
• Accurately record job details and communicate updates in real time using onboard systems

Qualifications and Experience:

• A full, clean Category C licence is essential
• Strong mechanical knowledge and previous experience in heavy equipment transport / vehicle recovery or maintenance is highly desirable
• Flexibility to work a 40-hour week over a 5-days, this can include weekends, with overtime availability during peak periods
• A proactive and safety-conscious attitude, with the ability to work independently and under pressure
