As the company continues to grow, Cutting Edge is looking for an experienced Hybrid Sales & Project Manager who will lead clients from first contact through final walkthrough. You’ll be responsible for selling exterior remodeling projects, building scopes and estimates, managing subcontractors and in-house crews, and ensuring projects are completed on time, on budget, and with exceptional client experience.
This is an ideal role for someone who loves closing deals and seeing them built right.
This is a locally based (Vancouver, Washington) role that includes a mix of in-office and field- based work.

THIS ROLE INCLUDES:
Sales Responsibilities
- Perform in-home sales consultations with qualified leads (appointments provided)
- Diagnose project needs and develop professional scopes and estimates
- Build trust and rapport with homeowners, answer questions, and close deals
- Use company CRM and estimating tools (e.g., Roofle, SumoQuote) to build and track proposals
- Follow up with prospects and manage your personal sales pipeline
- Achieve monthly revenue targets and close rates
Project Management Responsibilities
- Conduct project handoff meetings with production teams and clients
- Order materials and coordinate deliveries with vendors and site crews
- Schedule and manage subcontractors and internal crews
- Perform regular job site check-ins to monitor progress and safety
- Track job costs, handle change orders, and maintain gross margin targets
- Serve as the client point-of-contact throughout production
- Perform final walkthrough and ensure punch list completion
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3+ years in home remodeling, construction, or exterior contracting (roofing, siding, etc.)
- 1–3+ years in consultative sales, estimating, or client-facing roles
- Able to read plans, write scopes, and communicate clearly with both clients and crews
- Strong follow-through, time management, and emotional intelligence
- Experience with CRMs, estimating software, and project management systems
- Comfortable with in-person field work, site visits, and hands-on problem solving
