Position Overview
Location: Carolinas and Florida area
Nu-Pipe is seeking an experienced Injection Grouting Project Manager to oversee and coordinate grouting projects from planning through execution. This field-based role requires strong leadership, technical knowledge, and the ability to manage project budgets, schedules, and client communications while ensuring quality and safety standards are met.
What You’ll Do
• Plan, supervise, and coordinate injection grouting operations for drainage pipe repair projects
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery
• Oversee the operation and maintenance of chemical, cementitious, and polyurethane grouting equipment
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and quality control standards
• Train and mentor field crews on grouting techniques, material application, and equipment operation
• Troubleshoot pump systems, mixing procedures, and grout injection pressures
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, project plans, and site conditions
• Communicate with clients, project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
• Travel as needed to various job sites
Required Qualifications
• Experience as an Injection Grouting Superintendent, Foreman, or Project Manager in trenchless rehabilitation
• Hands-on expertise with chemical, cementitious, and polyurethane grouting applications
• Knowledge of ground stabilization, water infiltration control, and structural rehabilitation
• Strong leadership and project management skills with the ability to train and manage field crews
• Proficiency in reading engineering plans, safety procedures, and technical specifications
• Ability to work in confined spaces and high-pressure environments
• Willingness to travel for projects
• Valid driver’s license and applicable industry certifications
Work Schedule
• Full-time, field-based role
• Travel to multiple job sites required
