More about the role

This is an exciting job opportunity for you to light the way as a Transition & Improvement Project Manager in Warsaw with Signify.

As a Transition & Improvement Project Manager, you will be responsible for designing and executing supply chain solutions that will drive cost, cash and service improvements across multiple countries and businesses.

What you’ll do

  • Drive and monitor the End-to-End Supply Chain transformations across Supply Chain and Businesses until the process becomes self-sustaining.
  • Lead transformation projects, including automation/digitalization, that support the strategy for Supply Chain and Logistics
  • Maintain, develop and safeguard standard approaches, methods and tools by leading and facilitating transformation workshops, coaching team members for success.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to optimize our supply chain and logistics performance (cost and cash)
  • Increasing customer satisfaction through standardization and quality improvement of logistics processes, work closely with internal and external stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities and drive change across the organization.


More about you

While we value and appreciate all applicants, we believe that the following experience and skills will be needed to shine brightly in this job opening:

  • 8+ years’ experience and skills in project management in an international context, as well as Project Management certification or leading of Supply Chain and Logistics projects.
  • Extensive knowledge of distribution processes, working methods and systems in supply chain and logistics.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement strategies to optimize supply chain and logistics operations.
  • Proven experience in working with international stakeholders and international senior leadership with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, also towards senior management, effectively managing projects with minimal supervision incl strong decision-making, self-motivation
