Are you an experienced construction professional with a passion for leading high-impact projects? We're hiring a Senior Project Manager Construction to oversee a major national energy account based in Richmond, CA. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a single global client on a diverse portfolio of commercial and industrial construction projectsincluding active site renovations and MEP-intensive developments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of project managers, ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards.

• Oversee full project lifecycle management, including planning, scheduling, cost control, procurement, and risk mitigation.

• Manage and grow client relationships, ensuring clear communication, contract compliance, and issue resolution.

• Coordinate with subcontractors and stakeholders across multiple trades, including MEP systems, civil, and structural teams.

• Monitor project budgets, generate cost estimates, assist with proposal development, and ensure financial performance.

• Maintain rigorous project controls, including documentation, forecasting, and reporting using modern project management tools.

• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience.

• 5+ years of construction management experience, leading complex commercial or industrial projects.

• Expertise in MEP systems, live/active site renovations, and high-safety environments.

• Proficiency in project controls, forecasting, scheduling, and construction documentation.

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, Visio, and construction estimating/scheduling software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).

• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
