Requirements
Experience:
Minimum 20 years as a Planning and Operations Drilling Engineer
Extensive offshore experience, including floaters/deepwater and jackup/shallow water
Proven expertise in HPHT wells, exploratory, and development projects
Exposure to at least 3–4 IOCs/NOCs in world-class fields
Education:
Master of Science in Engineering (5-year program), preferably in Mining, Petroleum, or Mechanical Engineering
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Landmark EDM and other well engineering software platforms
Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to performance optimization
Knowledge of rig automation and technology integration is a plus

Responsibilities:
Lead the Real-Time Operations Center and manage the Drilling Engineering KPI dashboard
Monitor real-time drilling performance, analyze trends, and provide actionable insights
Review and validate operators drilling programs for compliance with best practices and regulatory standards
Participate in DWOP sessions and support the Well Delivery Process (WDP)
Oversee the full well delivery lifecycle, including Identify, Assess, Select, Define, Execute, and Decommission
Collaborate with drilling superintendents, rig managers, and cross-functional teams
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to talent development
Leverage rig automation and advanced technologies to enhance operational safety and efficiency
