Senior Producer - Technical Project Manager

A global leader in design, technology, and innovation is seeking a Senior Producer to lead the development of cutting-edge digital products and applications for world-class clients. You’ll drive projects from concept to launch, working closely with cross-functional teams in design, strategy, and engineering to deliver seamless, high-impact digital experiences.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams (design, strategy, tech) to build apps, platforms, and connected digital ecosystems.
• Manage scope, budget, and timelines to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
• Act as the main client contact, ensuring clear communication, expectation alignment, and exceptional delivery quality.
• Identify and mitigate risks proactively, maintaining momentum and clarity across all phases of delivery.
• Partner with Resource Management to plan team capacity and secure the right talent for each project.
• Collaborate with leadership on project scoping, estimation, and process improvement to enhance delivery efficiency.
• Support new business initiatives, contributing to proposals, project plans, and timelines.

What You’ll Need:

• 5–10 years of hands-on experience in digital project or product delivery, ideally in an agency or technology-driven environment.
• Proven track record managing end-to-end app or platform development — from discovery through launch and optimization.
• Strong grasp of project management tools and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, JIRA, Asana, Trello).
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-collaboration environments.

• Familiarity with software development frameworks (React, Angular, Swift, Python, etc.) or CMS platforms (AEM).
• Strong technical literacy — able to bridge conversations between creative and engineering teams.
• Experience managing distributed or global teams and third-party partners.
• Passion for creating beautiful, functional, and scalable digital products.
