Senior Project Manager

We're on the lookout for an experienced and highly motivated Senior Project Manager to help lead the development of a high-traffic website, backend services, and a growing suite of original games. This is a key role within a fast-moving, product-led team—perfect for someone who thrives in a startup environment and enjoys collaborating with world-class technologists, designers, and product managers.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Own and manage the full lifecycle of projects across web, backend, and game development.
• Define scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines in partnership with stakeholders.
• Build detailed project plans and schedules, and align team resources accordingly.
• Track project progress, surface risks early, and lead mitigation strategies.
• Foster clear, proactive communication between cross-functional teams.
• Ensure timely, on-budget, and high-quality delivery.
• Keep stakeholders informed with clear, consistent status updates.
• Help evolve our project management processes and tools.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of project management experience—ideally in iGaming, online casino, fintech, or tech startups.
• Deep hands-on experience with Jira (tracking, reporting, workflows).
• A steady hand in fast-paced, ambiguous environments—comfortable making decisions and moving quickly.
• A proactive mindset with the ability to navigate shifting priorities and seize new opportunities.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong grasp of Agile methodologies and how to apply them effectively.
• Proven success managing complex software/web development projects.
• Comfortable working autonomously, while also being a great team collaborator.
