DSFederal Inc, is seeking an experienced Sr. Project Manager – Data to lead and oversee a federal grantee monitoring and data management program within a complex IT services environment. This role will be responsible for ensuring effective program execution, compliance, and stakeholder coordination. The ideal candidate will have expertise in data analytics, risk management, federal compliance, and IT integration to support strategic operations in monitoring the Client’s initiatives.
The Project Manager will be responsible for end-to-end project execution, resource planning, risk management, and stakeholder engagement. The candidate must demonstrate an ability to lead cross-functional teams, drive innovation in data-driven decision-making, and ensure compliance with federal oversight requirements. A proactive approach to streamlining workflows and improving system efficiency is critical to supporting the Client’s monitoring mission.
This role requires strong analytical and leadership skills to navigate the complexities of federal program monitoring, predictive modelling, data governance, and reporting automation. The Project Manager will oversee risk-based monitoring, data quality management, real-time analytics, and IT-enabled process enhancements. The candidate must also ensure that all deliverables align with key performance indicators (KPIs), regulatory compliance, and best practices while fostering a collaborative and high-performance work culture.
