- Support the achievement of safety, cost, schedule, and performance targets by coordinating with internal teams, contractors, and external stakeholders to maintain alignment and resolve issues.
Engineering Planning & Deliverable Coordination
- Develop logic-sequenced engineering execution plans/workflows that clearly define interdependencies, deliverable milestones, and critical paths for all disciplines.
- Coordinate engineering deliverables to enable timely procurement, ensuring alignment between design maturity, procurement lead times, and construction readiness.
- Create and manage Cost-Time-Resource (CTR) packages tied directly to the logic-sequenced execution plan for accurate forecasting, tracking, and performance monitoring.

- Integrate execution plans into the overall Project Delivery Framework, ensuring alignment with governance processes, risk management, and change control systems.
- Identify and remove execution bottlenecks, escalating and resolving issues through proactive engagement with internal and external stakeholders.
Stakeholder & Risk Management
- Coordinate closely with multi-disciplinary engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning teams, joint venture (JV) partners, and governance groups to maintain schedule integrity and delivery certainty.
- Facilitate alignment between JV stakeholders and internal project teams, ensuring decision-making processes, approvals, and reporting requirements are met in accordance with governance frameworks.
