We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our supervision consultancy team for a project in the North-West of Riyadh. The ideal candidate will lead complex projects, ensuring quality, compliance, and timely delivery across all phase.



Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise the construction and delivery of Information and Communications Technology (ICT) infrastructure and data centers, ensuring compliance with design specifications, technical standards, and regulatory requirements.

  • Manage all phases of construction, including planning, procurement, execution, and handover, with a strong focus on quality, safety, and timely delivery.

  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams—architects, engineers, ICT specialists, and contractors—to ensure seamless integration of building systems and ICT components.

  • Monitor and control project progress, budgets, and schedules, implementing corrective measures to address delays or cost overruns.

  • Ensure adherence to international and regional standards for ICT facilities, including cooling systems, cabling, power redundancy, and Tier certifications.

  • Oversee risk management and quality assurance processes, conducting regular inspections and audits to maintain compliance and performance.

  • Facilitate stakeholder communication, providing clear updates and reports to clients, consultants, and internal teams.

  • Drive continuous improvement by applying best practices in supervision, construction delivery, and ICT infrastructure management.



Qualifications
  • BSc in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent.

  • Overall Relevant Experience: 20 years

  • Experience in Similar Role/Projects: 10 years

  • Regional Experience: 5 years
