We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our supervision consultancy team for a project in the North-West of Riyadh. The ideal candidate will lead complex projects, ensuring quality, compliance, and timely delivery across all phase.
Responsibilities
Lead and supervise the construction and delivery of Information and Communications Technology (ICT) infrastructure and data centers, ensuring compliance with design specifications, technical standards, and regulatory requirements.
Manage all phases of construction, including planning, procurement, execution, and handover, with a strong focus on quality, safety, and timely delivery.
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams—architects, engineers, ICT specialists, and contractors—to ensure seamless integration of building systems and ICT components.
Monitor and control project progress, budgets, and schedules, implementing corrective measures to address delays or cost overruns.
Ensure adherence to international and regional standards for ICT facilities, including cooling systems, cabling, power redundancy, and Tier certifications.
Oversee risk management and quality assurance processes, conducting regular inspections and audits to maintain compliance and performance.
Facilitate stakeholder communication, providing clear updates and reports to clients, consultants, and internal teams.
Drive continuous improvement by applying best practices in supervision, construction delivery, and ICT infrastructure management.
Qualifications
BSc in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent.
Overall Relevant Experience: 20 years
Experience in Similar Role/Projects: 10 years
Regional Experience: 5 years
