This role fulfills a critical role within the EMEA ES SCM organization by supporting successful delivery of strategic change projects and driving growth of our centers of excellance. The role is focused on implementing end-to-end processes relating to the full scope of Supply Shain Managament across all business divisions and functions within the EMEA region, and working collaboratively with other SCM centers and EMEA process owners across Eaton. The role requires strong project and change management skills, continuous improvement skills, systems technical expertise and strong customer focus to deliver effective end-to-end solutions.
Main Responsibilities:
• Lead SCM programs and associated projects while collaborating with stakeholders
• Lead and drive As-Is analysis and identify process and system implementation requirements while comparing with best practice and support implementation activities with domain responsibility
• Lead a group of subject matter experts in delivering the project objectives
• Plan, coordinate and maintain activities with all impacted organizations
• Monitor and report assigned project status information
• Partners with business users and leadership on requirements, processes, and systems
• Communicate effectively status for deliverables to project management and leadership to effectively mitigate risks and resolve issues.
• Work with functional and business leads to ensure all processes transition in the same high quality way using EBS
• Key understanding of front-end business and project management
• Implement front-end EBS, pro launch, process transition methodology tailored to Business Service Center
• Execute with business leaders consistent transition project plans to ensure success, and drive faster implementation for high quality production, quality, on-time, service, and cost metrics
• Identify and propose KPIs
• Participate in development and delivery of communications regarding program activities
• Review solution plans and confirm capabilities, priorities and/or gaps
• Work with multiple stakeholders to confirm system functionality and data
