Solar Installer

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring motivated Solar Installers for a project located in Carlsbad, CA. This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is $29-$35/hour based on experience and skill level.  If you are a Electrician looking to learn and grow in your trade alongside the best Craft Professionals in the business, this is your chance to further your career!

Job Scope:        

• Install low-level junction box
• Mounting & securing junction boxes
• Ensuring proper alignment 
• Install weather proofing
• Installing wires
• Installing flashing
• Electrical terminations
• Assist with panel replacement, racking, assemble, cable management
• Perform quality control checks
• Other tasks as assigned

• Must have had tools, drill and PPE
• Must have Solar experience
• Must have OSHA 10; may be provided to qualified candidates 
• Must have the ability to read blueprints, diagrams & technical specifications
