· Site Surveys & Design Approvals
o Assess and communicate site details and measurements accurately to design team. Coordinate & assist the design team in the final design with site layout and all other required details
o If required, explain the design to the client to expedite approvals.
· Project Installation
o Communicate these details accurately with the installer and ensure that Freyr’s systems and processes are followed during installation. Where required, close monitoring of installations will need to be done. Ensure project execution with zero errors across all residential project sites
· Quality Assessments
o Primarily responsible for all quality assessments and maintenance activities at the sites in the assigned region for both rooftop & ground-mounted plants.
o Strict adherence to pre-set parameters at all plants as part of the quality assessment post installation of all sites.
· Maintenance & After Sales Support
o Provide after sales service support & maintenance, as required.
o To ensure proper maintenance by adhering to the assigned maintenance schedule
o Assigned service requests to be diagnosed to identify the root cause, as well as for an efficient long-term resolution. Trouble shooting, fault findings & root cause analysis.
· Reporting
o Maintaining of files and documents related to site surveys, project execution for each client and service reports after service calls.
o To provide with up-to-date daily work status report via email to reporting manager
