Job Summary
The Project Manager will work with business and technical partners within their assigned program Workstream(s) to support and drive achievement of key program and business objectives. This role is heavily cross-functional and requires a high level of collaboration with other Project Managers and cross-functional stakeholders at all levels of the organization. The PM is expected to support end-to-end delivery of program objectives within established timelines with a high level of quality and with limited guidance. Is responsible for applying project management knowledge, skills, tools and techniques to program deliverables, processes, and systems. Operates within defined parameters using project management methodology, and actively participates in establishment and implementation of standardized tools and processes as necessary to support the program. The PM should consistently demonstrate a high level of proactivity, collaboration, flexibility, and commitment to delivering with a high level of quality and within scope, schedule and budget constraints established by the program. This role will support both business and technical functions, and the PM is expected to be knowledgeable of the software development lifecycle, requirements development, and testing to support successful delivery through the lifecycle.
