Impact Statement
As a Process / Project Manager within Supply Chain Excellence, you will lead and govern global supply chain work processes and process/project improvement initiatives. You will drive transformation through cross-functional collaboration, continuous improvement methodologies, and effective integration of people, processes, and tools. Your work will enable a less complex, data-driven end-to-end operation that delivers sustainable value to growers.
Role and Responsibilities
• Govern and improve global supply chain work processes, ensuring alignment across geographies and functions.
• Lead complex, cross-functional projects that simplify and enhance supply chain operations.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, training materials, and KPIs to support execution and performance tracking.
• Apply Lean Six Sigma and other continuous improvement methodologies to solve critical supply chain challenges.
• Act as a liaison with IT and technical teams to implement tools, resolve system issues and implement enhancements.
• Coach and support other project managers and process owners in best practices and methodologies.
• Facilitate global collaboration and training, accommodating diverse time zones and stakeholder needs.

Requirements
• Minimum bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business, finance, or a technology-related field—or equivalent work experience with a proven track record.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in integrated operations, preferably within supply chain environments.
• Strong understanding of supply chain processes, tools, and best practices, including MRPII Class A principles.
• Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional projects.
• Hands-on experience with SAP platforms such as IBP, APO, S4, or ECC is preferred.
• Proven ability to develop, document, implement, and continuously improve work processes.
• Lean Six Sigma experience is preferred.
