More about the role

This is an exciting job opportunity for you to light the way as a Supply Chain Project Manager with Signify for Cooper Lighting Solutions business unit.

  • Drive the Supply Chain strategy on finished goods within the relevant the commodity team which consists of representatives from supply chain, procurement, and other functions
  • Drive forecast and supply confirmation process for finished goods with relevant suppliers, securing maximum material availability at lowest exposure / costs and risks
  • Drive structural improvement processes in finished goods Supply Management
  • Manage lead time and lead time accuracy with suppliers
  • Define and drive for the right Supply Chain KPI’s and performance targets at suppliers
  • Create and manage Logistics Agreements with relevant suppliers
  • Support supplier auditing and development from the Supply Chain function
  • Responsible to resolve global shortages with suppliers and if needed by escalation management and by the global scarcity allocation process
  • Manage global excess PO/stock including provision & settlement process with BFR suppliers
  • Secure stakeholder management, reporting, information sharing and escalation
  • Support NPI project and identify /reporting back any potential risks from Supply Chain Function

More about you

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years relevant working experience, preferably in data analysis, supply chain management, or - Supply planning or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, Power BI, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, presentation skills and stakeholder management skill.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strategic thinking and being able to deal with complexity and take fast decisions
  • Fluent in English and Chinese is a must
