OCH Technologies is seeking a Task Order Project Manager to manage large, complex task orders and assists the Program Manager in coordinating with the Government Contracting Officer (KO), Contracting Officer Representative (COR), task order-level managers, Government management personnel, and customer agency representatives. This role is responsible for the overall management of task orders to ensure that technical solutions and schedules are effectively implemented in a timely manner.

Core Responsibilities & Duties

· Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related matters on assigned task orders.

· Coordinate with the Program Manager and key Government stakeholders to manage contract execution and ensure alignment with performance objectives.

· Oversee day-to-day management of task orders, including scheduling, resource allocation, and performance tracking.

· Ensure timely and successful delivery of all project deliverables in accordance with the task order requirements.

· Provide leadership and direction to project teams, fostering collaboration and effective communication.

· Develop and maintain project plans, risk management plans, and other project documentation as required.



The responsibilities and duties listed above are flexible and subject to change based on operational need.

Requirements

  

Minimum Qualifications


Education

Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) or an additional four (4) years’ of related experience in lieu of a degree


Experience

· A minimum of ten (10) years’ of project management or relevant experience with progressively higher responsibility in the public and/or private sector in IT and/or consulting fields

· A minimum of fifteen (15) years’ of leadership experience with progressively higher responsibility in the public and/or private sector in IT and/or consulting fields

· A minimum of two (2) years’ of experience supporting DoD Program Acquisition Category (ACAT) I Level or ACAT III level IT development programs in areas such as: Program Management (PM), Systems Engineering (SE), Functional/Technical Quality, Cost Analysis (CA), Configuration Management (CM) assessments and audits of DoD IT program lifecycle requirements, documents, and data in compliance with DoD acquisition policies and regulations


Security Clearance Requirement

Candidate must have an active Secret clearance

Candidate must also possess an IT-II Non-Critical Sensitive security clearance or Tier 3 (T3)


Licenses/Certifications 

· Project Management certification (e.g., Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification or other equivalent nationally recognized certification)

· DoD Approved 8570 / 8140 IAM Level III Certification: CISSP, CISM, C-CISO, or GSLC

· Some travel to client headquarters may be required.

· Must be able to effectively communicate with customer and fulfill all duties and responsibilities as listed in the contract. 

· Must be proficient in Microsoft Office suite including, but not limited to: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.

· Excellent attention to detail and ability to think critically.
