OCH Technologies is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a large, complex task order—or a group of task orders supporting a shared system—within a high-visibility federal program. This individual will work closely with the Program Manager, Government COR, Task Order Managers, and agency representatives to ensure successful delivery of technical solutions and timely execution of project schedules.

Core Responsibilities & Duties


· Manage day-to-day operations of one or more task orders.

· Support coordination and communication with Government and contractor stakeholders.

· Ensure all project deliverables, milestones, and schedules are met.

· Monitor performance metrics and implement corrective actions as needed.

· Oversee multidisciplinary technical teams in the execution of IT initiatives.

· Perform other duties, as assigned.


Responsibilities may evolve over time to support team and organizational goals, but will remain consistent with the overall scope of the role.

Requirements

  

Minimum Qualifications

Education

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or equivalent years of relevant work experience


Experience

Minimum of five (5) years’ of relevant experience in IT and/or consulting

At least five (5) years’ of leadership experience in public and/or the private sector


Security Clearance Requirement

Top Secret Clearance

Must also possess an active IT-I security level clearance


Licenses/Certifications

Active Project Management certification (e.g., PMP or equivalent)


  

Other Required Skills and Abilities


· Experience supporting the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA), particularly J62 Enterprise Application Support (EAS).

· Proven experience managing design and operational teams supporting enterprise Oracle Fusion Middleware platforms with over 300,000 production users.

· Must be able to effectively communicate with customer and fulfill all duties and responsibilities as listed in the contract. 

· Must be proficient in Microsoft Office suite including, but not limited to: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
