Job Description:
As a Technical Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and executing compressor system projects. Your responsibilities include:
- Leading the project engineering team, assigning supervisors, managers and engineers.
- Reviewing and interpreting customer specifications, codes, and standards.
- Liaising with overseas customers to address technical and project requirements.
- Managing project documentation, including data sheets, schedules, and compliance with local and international standards.
- Assisting in design and construction drawing reviews.
- Sourcing and procuring materials, ensuring quality and budget adherence.
- Collaborating with QA/QC to maintain project quality standards.
- Supporting after-sales teams during commissioning activities.
- Ensuring compliance with ISO and other safety standards.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical, Process, or Chemical Engineering from a recognized university.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within the compressor systems industry.
- Self-motivated, high integrity, and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Basic proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
- Project Management skills and knowledge of Microsoft Projects are advantageous.
- Familiarity with ASME and API specifications is preferred.
- Strong understanding of rotating machinery, process refrigeration, and thermodynamics.
- Willingness to travel for customer support and field engineer assistance
