Job Summary

As a Technical Project Manager (TPM)- Platform Release, you will be a focal point to work with stakeholders, developments teams, and external development resources to develop the electronic residential smart locks and coordinate the cadence of mobile application, cloud, and firmware OTAU releases that support our residential smart lock platform. This role focuses on continuous integration and improvement of the platform rather than simply new product delivery. TPM will work closely with the NPI TPMs, engineering, operations, and manufacturing teams to ensure seamless, reliable, and predictable release execution.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Reporting to the Manager of PMO, as a Technical Project Manager- Platform Releases, you will be responsible for one or more projects to take from concepts into release. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to align objectives, requirements and schedule and then work with the internal and external development teams to build an execution plan to launch each project. You will be responsible for doing what is necessary to ensure deliveries are met, risks are addressed, and stakeholders are aligned and informed along the way.
You will be involved in all phases of the software electronics product life cycle and will engage with a multi-disciplinary team including Electronics Hardware, Firmware, Mobile Apps, Cloud, Quality, Manufacturing, Marketing, Finance and other functions. Projects will range in complexity from small projects to large multi-faceted projects with either internal and/or external resources.

Working conditions are normal for an office environment.
Pay Range: $105,875 to $166,375.
This “base salary range” is a reasonable estimate for this position at the time of posting. Pay within each range is based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, to primary work job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location. ASSA ABLOY conducts regular review of compensation ranges and therefore reserves the right to alter this range at any given time.
