If you are really into developing and delivering media strategies from a business perspective, this role could interest you! As a Media Manager, you will oversee all Media-related topics in your area and support local teams in implementing the Group strategy. By managing the optimal touch point strategy at a local level and looking for the right balance between effectiveness and efficiency, you will strive to achieve the Media objectives of the Ferrero Brand, and you will manage cooperation with preferred agencies and monitor Media results.
STRATEGY:
• Being in charge of the Area Media strategy by category and country and ensuring it is communicated to all Countries and implemented
• Ensuring the right investment allocation among communication channels
• Leveraging enhanced media planning tools (consumer journey, touch points planning, Budget allocation)
• Identifying, sharing best practice and innovative ideas to provide direction and drive the Media Categories cross country
CONTRACTS, BUDGET MANAGEMENT AND REPORTING:
• Defining the Area Media Budget (including the split by Media channels)
• Having the full ownership of the contracts and supporting the countries in the deployment and management of local agreements.
• Monitoring periodical KPIs. Ensuring that Media audits are performed (by external Media auditors) in compliance with the Group guidelines. Following the audit results, ensuring the implementation of corrective actions and supervising the post tracking audit analysis performed at country level.
IMC PROCESS & MEDIA PITCH:
• Ensuring that the Media Briefs prepared locally are complete and in line with the Area Media Guidelines.
• Supervising and exploring the Media campaign results
• Leading Area pitches

Country Media Managers, Media Agencies, Global Media Office
