We are seeking an Onshore Drilling Subsea Planner

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Subsea Operations Planner to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating subsea operations in close collaboration with drilling rigs, clients, third-party contractors, and internal departments. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of offshore operations and a proactive approach to optimizing procedures, ensuring safety, and improving operational efficiency.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate subsea operations with drilling rigs, rig clients, third-party vendors, the technical department, and internal operations teams.
• Support the development of detailed work plans, procedures, and risk assessments for subsea activities.
• Collaborate with operations management to streamline workflows and ensure efficient use of time and resources.
• Assist rig teams in preparing detailed work plans for Blowout Preventer (BOP) on-deck activities.
• Prepare, maintain, and review documentation including reports, procedures, and post-operation analyses.
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards across all subsea activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, marine operations, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in subsea operations or offshore drilling support.
• Strong knowledge of subsea equipment, BOP systems, and offshore drilling processes.
• Experience developing work plans, risk assessments, and operational procedures.
• Good communication and coordination skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and sporadic travel offshore as needed.
