As a Wind Turbine Technician at TRIFECTA, you'll be part of an innovative team, making a real impact on how the world harnesses the wind's energy.
What You'll Be Doing:
Perform installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of wind turbines and associated equipment
Climb towers, work at heights, and perform inspections to ensure turbines are running efficiently
Conduct tests, check performance data, and ensure turbines meet all operational standards
Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues, replacing components when needed
Work in extreme weather conditions to keep turbines functioning smoothly
Stay up-to-date on wind technology, ensuring optimal performance and safety
Collaborate with your team to meet daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance goals
What You Bring:
Hands-on experience with wind turbines or mechanical/electrical systems
Ability to work at great heights and in a variety of weather conditions
Strong understanding of turbine operations, maintenance, and electrical systems
Excellent problem-solving skills with a passion for renewable energy
Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team
Safety-focused with the ability to follow procedures and best practices
