Profile - Master’s Degree in Architecture (mandatory), and specialization in Interior Design (nice to have).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in interior design or related roles.
- Strong attention to details and a keen eye for design aesthetics.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Fluent in English (additional language skills are a plus).
- Proficiency in design software: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD for design and technical drawings.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with 3D design software is a plus.
Responsibilities: - Collaborate with architects to ensure design quality and brand alignment, while managing project timelines and budgets.
- Develop design guidelines for Ando Living's brand, working with internal teams and external consultants.
- Building the guidelines of interior design of Ando Living brand;
- Supervise interior designers, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and project quality.
- Manage interior design, layout, and decoration for flats and buildings that are not developed by it into Ando flats;
- Create furniture packages and budgets for each project.
- Work with procurement agents to select furniture and alternatives.
- Manage FF&E and OS&E procurement for small projects.
- Develop and review furniture/accessory lists, ensuring budgets and quality standards are met.
- Oversee invoice management and track project expenses.
- Create project for 3D and launching the 3D (site visit) and sending the necessary documents for the launch;
- Maintain up-to-date supplier and product databases.
