Prime Response Inc. (PRI), is seeking <\/span><\/span>a <\/span><\/span>full\-time Logistics Supply Deputy Project Manager to provide <\/span><\/span>logistics base supply support<\/span> at <\/span><\/span>Kirtland, AFB, NM for an upcoming, long\-term government contract.<\/span> The Logistics Supply Deputy Project Manager will report to PRI’s Logistics Supply Project Manager and will be #2 in on\-site authority.<\/span><\/span>

Duties include but are not limited to: <\/span>
<\/p>

  • Assist the Project Manager with supervising and managing PRI’s team; <\/span>Provide <\/span><\/span>full\-time, on\-site management, of all contract activities in accordance with the Performance Work Statement and Air Force\/DoD policies.<\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Project a positive, professional image to our clients through competent, informed, and responsive support to service requirements; Liaise with key government personnel in the performance of duties to professionally represent the company.<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Assist in managing customer relations and employee relations; Directly supervising the PRI teams while providing daily customer service to the government customer.<\/span>
    <\/li> <\/ul>

    o   <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Provide professional government customer service support while maintaining quality control of US Air Force regulations.<\/span><\/span>
    <\/p>

    • Implements quality control plan to ensure compliance with material management, safety, and security policies.  Provides oversight to administrative and industrial operations, ensuring workflow and prioritization are appropriately assigned. <\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Oversees all activities to ensure all contract service requirements are completed in conformance with performance thresholds. <\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Gathers metrics and performs analysis to facilitate process improvements towards improving performance effectiveness.<\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Oversees training program, including recurring reviews to retain currency with policies, operating procedures, foster cross\-utilization, and develop personnel improvement plans.<\/span> <\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Produce monthly report consisting of workload metrics, performance\-based metrics which measure compliance with contract deliverables and\/or service summaries and highlights of major projects and accomplishments.<\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Responsible for maintaining organizational records associated with various DoD property accountability systems. <\/span>
      <\/li> <\/ul>

      Requirements<\/h3>
      • Minimum of 4 years of demonstrated leadership and managerial experience, preferably in a logistics area.<\/span>
        <\/li>
        • Veterans preferred with supply and\/or maintenance experience.<\/span>
          <\/li>
        • Contractor experience preferred.<\/span>
          <\/span><\/li> <\/ul>
        • Requires an active SECRET clearance or the ability to receive and maintain one.<\/span>
          <\/li> <\/ul>

          <\/span> <\/div>
          • Must have knowledge of:<\/span>
            <\/li> <\/ul>

            o   <\/span><\/span><\/span>Material accounting procedures.<\/span>
            <\/p>

            o   <\/span><\/span><\/span>Principles of inventory control.<\/span>
            <\/p>

            o   <\/span><\/span><\/span>Concepts of logistics planning and management techniques.<\/span>
            <\/p>

            o   <\/span><\/span><\/span>Fundamentals of distribution.<\/span>
            <\/p>

            o   <\/span><\/span><\/span>Storage and receipt management of property.<\/span>
            <\/p>

            o   <\/span><\/span><\/span>A broad understanding of an interrelated chain of activities involving logistics.<\/span>
            <\/p>

            o   <\/span><\/span><\/span>Standard base supply system, or its equivalent, and knowledge of the controls, programs, and interface capabilities of automated data processing systems to edit transactions and properly code requisitions.<\/span>
            <\/p>

            o   <\/span><\/span><\/span>Intermediate knowledge of computer systems and office software such as Microsoft Office is required.<\/span>
            <\/p>

            o   <\/span><\/span><\/span>Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.<\/span>
            <\/p>

            o   <\/span><\/span><\/span>Strong written and verbal communication skills.<\/span>
            <\/p>
