This role is for a reticulation project on the Kaiwakawe Wind Farm, where Drillco is committed to delivering high-quality work, on time and on budget, using the best equipment in the industry.

What You’ll Do:

• Operate heavy machinery such as excavators, trenchers and skid steers.
• Conduct routine checks on equipment and heavy machinery before and after use to ensure safety and functionality.
• Operate hand tools, power tools and machinery as required.
• Perform manual labour tasks as required. 
• Learn and comply with all relevant Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). 
• Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe work environment.

What We’re Looking For: 

• Proven experience in the operation of heavy machinery and construction vehicles.
• Previous experience in reticulation and trenching. 
• An approachable, personable team player with a can-do attitude.
• Good physical fitness and strength for manual tasks.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of Health and Safety practices.
• Reliable transport to and from work.
• Full NZ Driver’s License, Classes 1 & 2. 
• A Forklift Licence or WTR endorsement is a bonus!
