Project Director

We are embarking on one of the nation’s largest renewable energy infrastructure projects, a $1.2 billion wind farm that will redefine sustainable power generation in Australia. We are looking for an expert Project Director to lead its delivery from groundbreaking to grid connection.

The Role

As Project Director, you will:

• Lead and oversee all phases of project delivery — from planning, engineering, and construction to commissioning

• Manage multidisciplinary teams across civil works, electrical infrastructure, and turbine installation

• Maintain robust stakeholder relationships, including regulatory bodies, contractors, and community groups

• Ensure safety, compliance, and budget control across every workstream

• Champion innovation, sustainability, and operational excellence at every stage

Your Background

To thrive in this role, you’ll bring:

• Proven leadership in large-scale construction projects , ideally in renewable energy or power infrastructure

• Deep technical and commercial understanding of wind farm development

• Experience managing major capital projects exceeding $1B

• Strong stakeholder engagement and negotiation capabilities

• Passion for sustainable development and environmental stewardship
